Many insurance companies and managed care organizations require referrals from your primary care physician and pre-certification to an office visit, procedure, x-ray testing, outpatient or inpatient visits.  Our staff interacts with many insurance companies each with different rules and requirements.  Although we will do our best to assist with your insurance company requirements, it is your responsibility to ensure that all required permissions are obtained.
